Garage & Loft Conversion
Our clients were hoping to maximise their work / life balance within their home whilst retaining their eclectic tastes and personalities in this streamlined & sophisticated conversion.
The brief was to create a loft conversion with a full size bathroom and access that worked to bring in light and space so the first floor flowed seamlessly to the second, the clients also required a ground floor garage conversion to create a home office and space for hobbies and other interests.
We worked with alongside the clients to design and install the beautiful staircase which with the use of glass panelling opposed to traditional spindles allows the natural light sources from the Velux roof light to bounce around and remove any doubt that the loft conversion was part of the original home.

The workmen were great – skilled and reliable and they made us laugh. We had many decisions to make (new windows, staircase, doors, bathroom fittings, light fittings etc) and with years of experience in the business Barrie and his team were able to give us invaluable advice and pointers to reliable trades.
